因應玩家們的需求，我們提供協助合併優惠券的訂單操作
※並非兩張優惠券一起計算使用，而是將多筆充值訂單合併一個優惠券使用
如果因為官網 充值 單筆付款上限額度【五萬】，玩家想一次存款5萬台幣以上，
以此來讓優惠券發揮最大價值，需要遵守以下幾點規則:

1.需要先聯繫客服人員，告知有這個需求

2.訂單金額必須超過2萬台幣【當日最高上限合併21萬】
(例如:預計充值8萬，可分兩筆訂單充值 4萬+4萬  ，或者5萬+3萬 ，能湊到8萬就可以了)

3.完成訂單的時間，必須要在3小時內，才會判斷為同一次。

4.完成訂單後，必須要玩家自行先操作對第一筆訂單使用優惠券，接著聯繫客服人員，告知已經操作完成第一筆訂單，
後續訂單的優惠券鑽石差額，需要協助處理
(例如:先自行處理第一筆5萬優惠卷，第二筆會由客服協助)

쿠폰을 최대한 활용하기 위해 500만 원씩 충전하려면, 아래 규칙을 꼭 지켜 주세요:

1. 먼저 고객센터에 연락해서 해당 요청이 있다고 말씀해 주세요.

2. 주문 금액은 90만 원 이상이어야 해요.
   【당일 최대 합산 한도 900만 원】
   (예: 1차 450만 원 + 2차 450만 원 = 총 900만 원 한도)

3. 주문 완료 시간은 3시간 이내여야 같은 건으로 인정돼요.

4. 주문 완료 후, 먼저 1차 주문에 대해 쿠폰을 직접 사용해 주세요.
   그 다음 고객센터에 연락해서 1차 주문 쿠폰 사용이 완료됐다고 알려 주세요.
   이후 주문의 쿠폰 다이아 차액은 저희가 도와드려요.
   (예: 1차 450만 원은 직접 쿠폰 사용 → 2차 잔여 금액은 고객센터가 처리)

쿠폰 안내:
5~25% (충전 비율과 관계없이 사용 가능하며, 쿠폰은 당일 밤 00:00에 만료돼요)
(1) 5~25% 쿠폰은 공식 홈페이지 → 메인 화면에서 직접 추첨으로 받아야 해요.
(2) 반드시 먼저 쿠폰을 뽑은 후에 충전을 진행해 주세요. 그래야 정상적으로 적용돼요.

In response to player demand, we're offering a coupon consolidation service.
※This doesn't count two coupons together; instead, it combines multiple top-up orders into one coupon.

1. You need to contact the customer service staff first and inform them of this demand
The total order amount must be at least 3.6 million won to assist in consolidation [The maximum daily cumulative limit for coupons is 9 million won]
Assuming a 1:50 diamond top-up ratio, receiving a 15% discount coupon:

(1). A player tops up 10 million won today, with the first payment being 5 million won and the second being 5 million won, for a total of 1,120,000 diamonds. If * 15% = 168,000 diamonds, the discount will be applied.

(2). However, only the 9 million won cap will be calculated: 5 million won (560,000 diamonds) + 4 million won (448,000 diamonds) = 1,008,000 diamonds * 15% = 151,200 diamonds (actually receiving 15% of the total).

3. The order must be completed within 3 hours to be considered the same.

4. After completing an order, players must first apply the coupon to the first order. Afterward, players should contact customer service to inform them that their first order is complete and that they need assistance with the difference between the coupon and the diamond amount for subsequent orders. (For example, if a player makes two payments of 5 million KRW and 3 million KRW, they should apply the coupon to the first payment of 5 million KRW, and customer service will assist them with the second payment of 3 million KRW.)
